Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga offers a series of different postures, or asanas, held during several breaths, which aim to make the body flexible and firm, to release its tensions, to allow the prana, or vital energy, to circulate, and to bring the mind to a state of awareness and concentration.
Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa yoga classes are dynamic and energetic classes in which the postures are linked seamlessly to each other. The practice of vinyasa flow tones muscles and joints, improves physical flexibility, increases blood circulation and detoxifies the body, while releasing physical and mental tension.
Yin yoga
Gentle yoga class in which the postures, mostly performed on the floor, are held for several minutes and which works in depth on the joints, bones, ligaments and tendons.
Yoga nidra
Yoga nidra, sometimes referred to as sleep yoga, is a method of conscious, physical, psychological and emotional relaxation. In this state of deep and dynamic relaxation, between waking and sleeping, we spontaneously come into contact with our unconscious and our subconscious. These levels of consciousness are exceptionally receptive, and we can easily induce deep and lasting positive changes within ourselves. The practice of yoga nidra allows in particular to increase our memory and our creativity, to create new positive mental attitudes, to develop our intuition and our inspiration.
Lying comfortably on our yoga mat in savasana posture, with our eyes closed, relaxed, we are guided to those subtle levels of consciousness in which we ourselves can sow the seeds of the positive changes we wish to see in our lives.
